Smoothie Recipies To Promote Weight Loss:

 

Hey guys, so these are a few of my favorite smoothie recepies, they're a great post-workout meal, and great to make when I don't feel like cooking!

 

  • Chilled Carrot and Ginger: ½ Avocado, 1 carrot chopped, 1 Tbsp. finely cut ginger, 2/3 cup celery chopped, 2/3 cup cucumber chopped, ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, a pinch of nutmeg, curry powder, black pepper, and a splash of pure water, and blend well
  • Green Smoothie: 2 cups leafy greens, 2 cups liquid base, and 3 cups ripe fruit, ad boost with 1 Tbsp. protein based nuts or seeds
  • Mango Avocado: 1 cup frozen mango, ½ chilled medium avocado, ¾ cup coconut water, small squeeze of lime juice, and ½ a tsp. of ginger powder
  • Sunshine Smoothie: ½ cup orange juice, 1 Tsp. turmeric, 1 scoop soy protein powder vanilla flavor, and 1 cup purified water
  • Berry Good Smoothie: ¼ Tsp. cinnamon, ½ serving of protein powder, 3 oz. plain greek yogurt, 1 cup liquid, 2 cups fresh fruit, and 1 cup spinach
  • Banana Split Smoothie: ½ chilled banana, 1 Tsp. cinnamon, dash of cayenne powder, ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup berries, 1 cup spinach, 1 Tbsp almond butter, and 1/3 cup coconut water
